Normal turn-around time is five (5) business days. Expedited request will have a $50 expedite fee.
2023-24 ASSESSMENTS
NPOA Assessments are $55 per month (delinquent the 1st of the following month in which they are due)
NEWPORT VILLAS Assessments are $145 per month in addition to the NPOA Assessment (delinquent the 11th of the month in which they are due)
